This was more than just a trek
A must do in Meemure! The trek to Diyakerella Falls was a perfect blend of adventure and relaxation. The trail itself was lush and beautiful, with the sounds of nature all around. Reaching the hidden waterfall was like uncovering a secret. The guides were super cautious and ensured our safety, especially around the rocks. This was more than just a trek.

Exceptional nature trip!
Exceptional nature trip! I loved everything about this trek ,the food, the guides, the landscape. Breakfast was homemade and very tasty. The trek itself was not too difficult and allowed for plenty of time to take pictures and enjoy the surroundings. The highlight, of course, was Diyakerella Falls. A truly hidden gem. Though we didn’t swim, just being near it felt spiritual. If you're in Sri Lanka, this is a must.

Guides emphasized safety near the falls
I’ve done many treks around Sri Lanka, but this one was different. The warmth of the welcome, the hospitality, and the pure beauty of the trail made this special. Diyakerella Falls is a hidden wonder, not crowded, not commercial. Just nature in its rawest form. I appreciated how the guides emphasized safety near the falls. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a genuine nature experience.

Five stars from me!
A truly immersive nature experience. I loved starting the day with a traditional breakfast. We couldn’t bathe, but dipping my feet into the cold stream was enough. The guides were professional and friendly, ensuring our comfort and safety. I also appreciated the slow pace, plenty of time to soak in the beauty. Five stars from me!

A perfect day in nature
This was exactly what I needed to disconnect from the city. Meemure is untouched, and the trek to Diyakerella Falls shows you a side of Sri Lanka that many miss. The trek itself wasn’t too difficult, and the guides kept us engaged with stories of the area. The hidden waterfall at the end felt like a hidden treasure. A perfect day in nature.

Our guide was very informative
This trek was magical. Starting with a warm Sri Lankan breakfast, I felt instantly welcomed. The walk through the Knuckles Range was stunning. You can’t swim, but even sitting by the edge and listening to the water was calming. Our guide was very informative and always ensured we were safe. Returning to the village for lunch was a lovely cultural moment.
